Project FA.DE is a zero-waste, made-to-order label. Every garment is engineered specifically for you once an order is placed. Because we do not hold inventory, our return policy differs from traditional retailers.

1. Change of Mind & Sizing

Because each piece is custom-printed for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect size selection.

  • Incorrect color/style selection.

Pro Tip: Please utilize the Sizing Charts on each product page and remember to size up by one for a standard Australian fit. If you are unsure, reach out to us at reg.james@lgcimages.com before ordering.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, we will make it right.

  • Please email reg.james@lgcimages.com within 4 days of delivery.

  • Include your Order Number and clear photos of the defect/damage.

  • If the claim is approved, we will initiate a reprint of your item at no additional cost to you.

3. Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of order placement. Once a garment has entered the production cycle, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
