Project FA.DE is a zero-waste streetwear label. We do not hold bulk inventory or "fast-fashion" dead stock. Every garment is engineered and printed specifically for you once your order is confirmed.

1. Production Timeline

Because we print to order, your gear doesn't just sit on a shelf.

  • Standard Production: 8–10 Business Days.

  • Quality Check: Every piece undergoes a final inspection before being cleared for dispatch.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has cleared our production phase, it is handed over to our global fulfillment partners for delivery.

  • Australia-Wide: 7–14 Business Days.

  • International: 10–21 Business Days (depending on location).

Please note: Total turnaround time from "Order" to "Door" is typically 3–4 weeks. We know it’s a wait—but for a custom-engineered piece that's uniquely yours, it's worth it.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update once the label is created.

4. Address Accuracy

Because we are a made-to-order brand, we cannot redirect packages once they have entered the production cycle. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Project FA.DE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
